Breakdown Recovery in Cheetham Hill and Prestwich

Cheetham Hill and Prestwich are connected by the A665 Bury New Road — one of North Manchester's key arterial routes stretching from the city centre through to the M60 ring road and beyond to Bury. Both areas have a dense mix of residential streets, retail zones, and commercial businesses, and our Manchester North depot covers them both as part of our primary response zone. Typical response times to Cheetham Hill are 10–20 minutes and to Prestwich 20–30 minutes from our Parksway base.

Bury New Road and Victoria Avenue Corridors

The A665 Bury New Road is one of the most frequently attended roads in our North Manchester coverage area. It carries significant through traffic between the city centre and the M60, and breakdowns here are common during peak hours and overnight. Our drivers know every junction, lay-by, and side street off Bury New Road and can reach most breakdown locations on this corridor within 15 minutes of dispatch.

Whitefield and Radcliffe

Continuing north from Prestwich, Whitefield and Radcliffe are also within our Manchester North coverage zone. These areas are accessed via the A56 and the M60 junction 17 to M66 approach road. Response times to Whitefield from our depot are typically 25–35 minutes, and to Radcliffe 30–40 minutes.
