Our roadside assistance service starts from £45. The exact price depends on the type of assistance required and your location. We provide a confirmed price before any work begins. There are no hidden callout fees, no overnight surcharges, and no extra charges for motorway locations.
Yes. Our technicians use intelligent high-capacity booster packs that are safe for modern vehicles with sensitive battery management systems, stop-start technology, and AGM or EFB batteries. We do not use basic jump leads that can damage sensitive ECUs. Note that for fully electric vehicles with a completely depleted traction battery, we will typically arrange flatbed transport to a charging point as roadside charging is not possible.
Call us and we will bring fuel to your location. We carry both petrol and diesel for emergency deliveries. For motorway callouts we deploy with the appropriate safety equipment and will deliver enough fuel to get you safely to the nearest petrol station. AdBlue is also available. Do not attempt to walk along a motorway to a fuel station — stay in your vehicle with hazards on and call us.
Yes. Our technicians use specialist non-destructive entry tools to unlock vehicles without damaging the door locks, window seals, or bodywork. We can open most modern cars made in the last 25 years. This service is particularly popular for parents who have locked keys inside a car with a child or pet inside — in those situations we treat it as a priority emergency.
If the fault cannot be resolved on the spot, we will arrange an immediate tow to your chosen destination. You will pay one combined charge rather than a separate callout fee plus a tow fee. We will also advise you on the most likely cause of the fault and what repair work to discuss with your garage.
